Our services: The Integrative Benefits Process
The 401k Coach! One-on-one coaching of every employee
Data gathered from thousands of businesses over the years has proven that traditional enrollment processes do not work, and employee-initiated help is almost never utilized. This leaves your employees in the dark, and you getting no ROI for your benefits investments. Only through one-on-one coaching of each employee, and on a regular basis, will you achieve the return on the significant investment you’ve made in sponsoring a 401(k) plan
Introducing The Benefits Dashboard—NOBODY has this!Just how effective is the current 401k match in driving higher employee morale? What about measuring the cost-benefit of a given benefit—is it appreciated, or not? The problem is, thousands of benefits sales people will push an expensive benefit, but have no way of telling you if it is successful—or not in driving profits. Now, for the first time, you can work with a firm that is focused on YOU and the success of your people, not the other way around. That’s why we created The Benefits Dashboard, an ongoing set of diagnostic-based measurements, to identify and document benefit effectiveness as it relates to supporting your bottom line.
WellSpring Financial Wellness Coaching
The data is staggering: average credit card debt in the Atlanta area alone is just under $7000 per person, while median annual income is $52,000. Debt is the #1 stressor of employees, who on average spend over 4 hours of their work day PREOCCUPIED with thinking about their debt! 38% of the time an employee takes a sick leave, they are looking for ANOTHER JOB, for a few more dollars. With no plan to get out of debt and stay out of debt, they end up back where they were.. Before leaving you.
WellSpring Financial Wellness coaching (running concurrently with The 401k Coach! System) gets your employees into a new track of financial freedom and peace they have never experienced before. Data clearly shows that employees who are out of debt have the lowest turnover and lowest absenteeism.
Employee Benefits Plan Design and Consulting
Driven by history, habit and hearsay, most plan designs fail the grade as to fostering and encouraging employee engagement. Employers spend millions each year on ideas that—more often than not, DISCOURAGE employees from becoming integrated with you, thus adversely affecting your bottom line.
Our tested and proven design ideas will make a tremendous positive impact to your company’s profitability, and sustainability even in challenging economic times.
ERISA §3(38) Fiduciary Investment Management
Since our inception in 2004, we have offered “full-scope” ERISA §3(38) Fiduciary Investment Management services for our 401(k) and other investment trust-based programs. Our Dynamic Asset Allocation Portfolios have received positive feedback from the investment community, both for their performance history, and for their ease of use by employees. Our investment experience stretches back to 1979.
The Center for Employee High Performance is an employee engagement and coaching firm, along with ongoing research and development of new tools to further enhance an employee’s experience with you. Your employees are your most valuable, most expensive and least protected asset of your company. Replacing an employee typically costs a 150% of their annual salary
The chief complaint we’ve heard from business leaders is that they spend enormously on benefits, yet see no increase in employee morale or productivity. Regrettably, the entire benefits delivery mechanism (and especially the 401k) is focused on a sales structure, not an outcomes-based structure. You deserve better.
We don’t “sell” you a 401k plan; we make what you already have, better. And with our one-of-a-kind Benefits Dashboard, our progress is verifiable.
